Latest Newborn Baby Photographs . . .

I had a brilliant afternoon creating Newborn photographs of this gorgeous little lady last week! These are some of my favourites and I'll be adding some more soon to the website as a Newborn Featured Session. Although I'm best known for my nostalgic warm sepia photographs, I do occasionally show a photograph in colour if I feel that it retains my artistic style; and I really loved the contrast of the red against Frankie on this first one.

Latest Bump Photographs . . .

Whilst I often create Newborn photographs during the week, weekends tend to be more convenient for couples wanting Creative Maternity Sessions. These are some of my favourites from last weekend's session with Karen and Brian, whose second baby is due soon. Taken within seconds of each other these photographs capture a special moment between mum and daughter. And I'm sure three year old Aimee will be a great little helper!

Halloween in Highgate . . . Baby & Children's Photographs

HOPES & DREAMS Sparkle @ SPARK!

I don't usually work on Sundays but couldn't refuse Inter-Action MK's invitation to cover their SPARK event at Tinkers Bridge last weekend. There were lots of activities during the afternoon and later everyone joined the Mayor to take a tour around the displays entered by local groups and residents. Despite the wind and cold, we all had a fabulous time. See more photographs of the displays. I'm really looking forward to Glow In the Park!

NEW! Online Private Viewing Galleries

As I like to present my clients with their photographs within 5 working days of their session I've been stung as a small business somewhat by the additional cost of sending their proofs CD by special delivery. So I'm trying out individual password protected online galleries. After a few initial hiccups this seems to be working well and I am now offering this service for one month as well as the CD for viewing and selection that all my clients get to keep. The advantage of this system is that galleries can be shared with relatives and friends and it saves me having to queue in the Post Office . . . although I am an avid supporter of our local branch and would hate it to disappear. I'm asking clients what they think and will review this service at the end of December.

'Phone Numbers At the Ready . . . Bump & Baby Photographs

These are just a few of my favourites from my Maternity Session with Ali and Mike earlier this week. I teased Ali about the 'phone numbers on her wall at the ready by the 'phone but feel that this first picture really 'tells the story'. Ali is also wearing the shawl she wore when they got married and we will wrap the baby in it for our Newborn Session. Ali and Mike absolutely loved their photographs and as Ali was feeing a bit low that morning, said I had made her day when I sent the link to her private on line gallery!
